Rewilding my garden. Phase 2

July 17, 2019

As I enter the next phase of my garden rewilding, I am experimenting and becoming utterly fascinated with the process. I have cut grass to different lengths to support different species and observe what arises. I still have plenty of room for human space where the grass is short to sit on.

What I am noticing is an abundance of clover, self heal and ragwort coming through. All types of bees, moth, butterflies and bugs are coming into my garden with the log hive buzzing from the honey bees.

This is so easy to do and so rewarding and at the same time I am helping our fragile ecosystem. To Surrey gardens being rewilded.
